Flight
Environments is awarded contract from Gore Design Completions Limited for
Boeing 767 Aircraft.
At the groundbreaking celebrations of the new
state-of-the-art completions and maintenance facility in San Antonio,
Gore Design President and CEO Jerry Gore, signed a contract with Flight
Environments for it’s Boeing 767 Cabin Comfort System. Delivery is
scheduled for October, 2004. Jerry Gore stated this aircraft would be the
first to be completed at their new facility. “There was an extensive
selection process for the thermal and acoustic system for this aircraft
and our decision to select Flight Environments was based on their proven
track-record, absolute customer commitment, and their unequalled expertise
in this area.” said Jerry Gore.
Eamon Halpin, President and CEO of Flight
Environments stated, "Gore Design is driven to excellence, and this order
is of particular significance to us as it will be the first at the new
Gore facility in San Antonio. Our engineering and acoustical departments
have had the opportunity to work closely with the Gore Design group in
developing the project plan for the system, and we are completely
confident we will meet or exceed all of our objectives.”
