Flight Environments Completes BBJ Delivery in NZ

Christchurch, NZ – Flight Environments Inc. has just completed the installation and delivery of its 43rd Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) Cabin Comfort System to an undisclosed customer in Christchurch, New Zealand.

BayAcoustics completed YG-011’s post treatment acoustical analysis on a test flight from Palm Springs, CA to LAX on October 18th, 2010. Early numbers indicate favorable results of 5+ dB SIL reductions throughout the main cabin.

Flight Environments personnel have been stationed in Air New Zealands VIP completion Center “Altitude” located in Christchurch, New Zealand since the beginning of June 2010. “We are very impressed with the caliber of the facilities and personnel available here at Altitude and look forward to a long relationship with the team down here” said Colin Judge, who was on-site acting as FEI program manager throughout the process.

Flight Environments has since completed off-site efforts in Southern New Zealand with the successful installation of another world class cabin comfort system. The FEI team also provided expertise and manpower to Altitude for completion of the interior headliner, sidewall, deco and valence panels on this VIP completion.
